1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of AutopilotCRM (“Platform,” “Service”), including all features, tools, content, and services provided by Hatten & Taylor Enterprises, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, using, or purchasing from AutopilotCRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.

By using AutopilotCRM, you represent that:

- You have the authority to enter into this Agreement

- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

3. Services Provided

AutopilotCRM is an all-in-one business system designed to automate marketing, sales, and operations.

Services may include:

- CRM and pipeline management

- Marketing automation

- Funnel and website tools

- Communication tools (SMS, email, voice, AI features)

- Integrations and third-party connections

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

- All activity under your account

- Ensuring your account information is accurate

We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

5. Subscription, Billing & Payments

AutopilotCRM operates on a subscription basis.

By subscribing, you agree:

- To pay all applicable fees associated with your plan

- That billing will recur automatically unless canceled

Key Terms:

- Free Trial: 14-day trial unless otherwise stated

- Billing Cycle: Monthly or as selected at checkout

- Payment Method: Must remain valid on file

- Failed Payments: May result in suspension or termination

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Optional Services & Usage-Based Pricing

Your AutopilotCRM subscription includes access to the core platform, including unlimited users and contacts. Any revenue you generate using the platform is 100% yours.

Certain advanced features are powered by third-party providers and are billed based on actual usage rather than a flat monthly fee. This means you only pay for what you use.

Why Usage-Based Pricing

Many platforms charge based on how many contacts you store, regardless of whether you actively engage with them.

AutopilotCRM operates differently.

Instead of charging for stored data, we charge based on actual activity—messages sent, calls made, automations executed, or AI usage—so your costs scale with your business.

6.1 Phone System (Calls & SMS)

AutopilotCRM includes a built-in phone system for SMS, calls, voicemail drops, and automation.

Customer Rates:

- Outbound calls: $0.021 per minute

- Inbound calls: $0.0128 per minute

- SMS: $0.0124 per segment

A segment = up to 160 characters. Longer messages may be split into multiple segments.

Estimated Usage:

~$10 ≈ 475 outbound minutes

~$10 ≈ 780 inbound minutes

~$10 ≈ 805 SMS segments

Why it matters:
Provides a professional business number, centralized communication, and automated follow-up.

6.2 Email Sending

Send campaigns, automations, and broadcasts directly within the platform.

Customer Rate:

- $0.001 per email

Estimated Usage:

~$10 ≈ 10,000 emails

Why it matters:
Email remains one of the highest ROI marketing channels and enables direct communication with your audience.

6.3 Email Verification

Verify email addresses to improve deliverability and reduce bounce rates.

Customer Rate:

- $0.0037 per verification

Estimated Usage:

~$10 ≈ 2,705 verifications

Why it matters:
Protects your sender reputation and ensures emails reach real users.

6.4 Premium Workflow Actions

Advanced workflow actions may incur usage-based fees.

Customer Rate:

- $0.011 per execution

Estimated Usage:

~$10 ≈ 910 executions

Why it matters:
Enables complex automations, integrations, and advanced logic.

6.5 Content AI

Generate content such as emails, landing pages, blogs, and images inside the platform.

Customer Rates:

- Text: $0.135 per 1,000 words

- Image generation: $0.09 per image

Estimated Usage:

~$10 ≈ 74,075 words OR 110 images

Why it matters:
Accelerates content creation and reduces reliance on external tools.

6.6 Workflow AI (External Models)

Use AI models inside workflows for automation and data processing.

Customer Rates:

- Input: $0.90 per 750,000 words

- Output: $3.60 per 750,000 words

Estimated Usage:

~$10 ≈ 8.3 million input words

~$10 ≈ 2.08 million output words

Note:
Actual usage depends on model selection and workflow complexity.

6.7 Conversation AI & Voice AI

Automated AI agents for messaging and voice interactions.

Customer Rates:

- Conversation AI: $0.03 per message

- Voice AI: $0.195 per minute

Estimated Usage:

~$10 ≈ 335 messages

~$10 ≈ 50 minutes of voice calls

Why it matters:
Enables 24/7 automated lead engagement, support, and booking.

6.8 Reviews AI

Automatically generate responses to customer reviews.

Customer Rate:

- $0.015 per response

Estimated Usage:

~$10 ≈ 665 responses

Why it matters:
Improves trust, engagement, and local SEO.

6.9 WhatsApp Messaging

Use WhatsApp as a communication channel within the platform.

Customer Rate:

- $0.0814 per conversation

Estimated Usage:

~$10 ≈ 125 conversations

Why it matters:
Expands global reach and enables high-engagement messaging.

6.10 Domain Purchase

Purchase and manage domains directly within the platform.

Customer Rate:

- Approximately $15 per domain

You may also connect externally purchased domains at no cost.

6.11 Agent Studio (Advanced AI Agents)

Build advanced AI agents for complex workflows and automation.

Customer Rate:

- $0.275 per 750,000 words processed

Estimated Usage:

~$10 ≈ 27,272,725 words processed

Why it matters:
Supports advanced automation and intelligent system behavior.

6.12 Funnel AI

Automatically generate funnels using AI.

Customer Rate:

- $1.089 per funnel

Estimated Usage:

~$10 ≈ 10 funnels

Manual funnel building remains available at no cost.

- Usage-based services are optional and billed only when used

- All revenue generated through the platform is 100% yours

- Rates are subject to change based on third-party provider pricing

- International messaging and calling rates may vary

- AI pricing may vary depending on model selection and usage

7. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

- Subscription fees are non-refundable

- No refunds are issued for partial billing periods

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use AutopilotCRM to:

- Send spam or unsolicited communications

- Violate any laws or regulations

- Promote misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive offers

- Infringe on intellectual property rights

- Abuse, exploit, or harm others

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

9. Third-Party Services

AutopilotCRM may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, messaging services).

We are not responsible for:

- Third-party outages or failures

- Pricing changes from external providers

- Data handling outside our platform

- Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including:

- Software

- Branding

- Design

- Systems and workflows

are the exclusive property of Hatten & Taylor Enterprises, LLC.

You may not:

- Copy, resell, or distribute the Platform

- Reverse engineer or replicate systems

- Use branding without written permission

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the six (6) months prior to the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to:

- Suspend or terminate accounts at any time

- Remove access for violations of these Terms

Upon termination:

- Access to the Platform will be revoked

- Outstanding balances remain due

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

All disputes shall be handled in:
Fulton County, Georgia

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
