Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our monthly subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied with the CRM system during the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a refund by emailing [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

Refunds are not available for annual subscriptions after the 7-day window.Refund requests made beyond the 7-day period will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription, you must email [email protected] with your request. Please include your account details and reason for cancellation. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the CRM system until the cycle concludes, and no further charges will be applied.

Monthly Subscribers: Cancellations will prevent any future billing, but access will continue until the current month’s subscription period ends.Annual Subscribers:Cancellations will stop future renewal, and you will have access to the CRM system until the end of the paid period.
